How do I import an order?
From Orders → Import order: upload a screenshot or PDF of the confirmation, or enter it manually. Pilot extracts the details and you review everything before it's saved.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Settings → Billing opens your customer portal, where you can switch plans, update your card, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is my journal a legal record?
SignPilot's journal is a business record-keeping tool. Requirements vary by state — check your state's rules on journal format, required fields, and retention. SignPilot never provides legal advice.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Security & data → Delete account, or see the account deletion page for the email process and exactly what gets removed.
Where are the mobile apps?
SignPilot for iOS and Android is rolling out through the App Store and Google Play. The web app at signpilotme.com works on any device in the meantime.
