Delete from inside the app

  1. Open SignPilot and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Security & data.
  3. Choose Export my data first if you want a copy of your records — deletion is permanent.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Delete by email request

Email support@signpilotme.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, with confirmation when it's done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, profile, and sign-in credentials;
  • All orders, appointments, journal entries, invoices, payments, expenses, and mileage records;
  • Every uploaded document and screenshot;
  • Push-notification device tokens and communication logs;
  • Subscription billing links (your Stripe subscription is canceled).

Deletion removes data from production systems within 30 days; encrypted backups age out over up to 35 additional days. We may retain minimal billing records where tax and accounting law requires it. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Before you delete

Notary journal records may be subject to state retention requirements that apply to youas the notary. Export your records first and check your state's rules — once your account is deleted, we cannot recover them.
